A Heart to Share ~ A Hand to Give ~ A Mind to Build

 

It was in August of 1992 when Apostle Marilyn Williams founded and begun the Ministry of Helps Foundation, Inc. This ministry was created to reach the needs of God's people and especially honor Pastors and leadership.

• To Lend a Helping Hand in order to reach the World.
• A Heart to Love Unconditionally and Pure.
• To Build Confidence, Esteem, and the Minds of God's People
• To assist the Body of Christ spiritually and financially
• To unite the Body of Christ by undergirding it with prayer

It is and has been a privilege  to share the gifts God has bestowed upon His people to reach out. As a community we must come together and draw strength from one another. We have been given the opportunity to make a difference and Bread of Life has taken on that movement to do so in Word and in Deed. The vision is to reach the diverse needs of the world, and we strongly recognize and understand the needs of our own surrounding communities too. The impact that we have in motion to assist, prayerfully brings forth much accomplishments toward change in our neighborhoods, communities, and the world at large. It gives us great joy working with the elderly, sick, and shut-in, those hospitalized, homeless, and in a need..., those in different types of organizations to better themselves physically and mentally, the school systems, etc.

The task of helping was laid at our feet, therefore; with the instruction of Galations 6:10 which compels us to do good unto all men . Deaturonomy 15:7 also states, "For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land."

With a Hand to Give and a Heart to Share and a Mind to Build we can and will do great things!

 

 

Food Pantry This ministry has been set aside for the needs of the people in our community. Food baskets are distributed to families once a month and whever a need arises. God has blessed us with equipped, loving, and caring volunteers that serve these needs with a smile and a kind word.

Clothes' Pantry This ministry is designed to clothe the naked as the Bible says. We open our pantry to the community once a month and whenever a need occurs for the people to come shop freely. We have in store clothes for babies, children, teens, and adults male and female. Our loving and caring volunteers always give a warm smile, embrace, and kind word. Along with our hospitality, we give the people a well prepared care package on the way.
